Refunds are processed once we have received and processed the returned product/s and we will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.
How refunds are calculated
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns Centre to check for completeness and correct product return. Please note: If a part is ordered incorrectly, a re-stocking fee of 25% plus postage will be deducted from any refund issued. All special order products (S*Order) are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free postage, the cost of this postage will be deducted from the refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
