Our very own James Metcalfe is taking on a gruelling cycling challenge in aid of an extremely worthy UK charity.
James is taking part in the ‘Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100’ for the second time and will be raising money for Asthma UK, himself being an Asthma sufferer from a young age.
Celebrating the legacy for cycling created by the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the challenge begins in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park then follows a 100-mile route on closed roads through the capital and into Surrey’s stunning rural countryside.
With leg-testing climbs and a route made famous by the world’s best cyclists at the London 2012 Olympics, it's a truly spectacular event for all involved and James is relishing the challenge.
